Important Sizing Tip for  Custom Floating Frames 

In customizing any floating frame  in the company’s website, it is advisable to account for the unique design that created a “floating” effect. On the Artwork’s actual measurements you can add 1 cm to both the width and height.

Example: 

If the measurement of artwork is 30cm (W) x 30 cm (H), you can input the dimensions as 31cm (W) x 31cm (H) in the customization section. By adding an additional 1 cm it allows to create a 0.5cm gap on each side of the frame, it ensures that the artwork appears to float within the frame while magnifying its attractiveness.

– Every frame comes with hanging hardware.

Custom Hanging Options:

The default hanging orientation will be changed according to the width and height input. For your reference, please see the diagram below.

– For pieces like abstracts that can be hung either horizontally or vertically, just add a note on the order checkout regarding your preference. We will provide you with both options free of charge!

11. What decides the orientation of hanging?

The hanging is oriented according to the measurements you provide. By default, the hanging hardware is placed on the width side. If you want both horizontal and vertical hanging options, please note this in the order notes at checkout without additional charge.
