Custom Framing Orders
Due to the personalized nature of custom framing orders, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for custom-made frames, including floating frames, stretched canvases, and any bespoke frame designs. We encourage customers to carefully review all measurements and design choices before finalizing their orders. If there is an issue with craftsmanship or quality, please contact us within 7 days for resolution.
Standard Frame Purchases
For non-customized, standard-sized frames will be eligible for returns within 14 days from the purchase date. The following conditions apply:
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received damaged or defective products, kindly notify us 7 days from the receipt date. We will arrange replacement or repair with no additional cost. Kindly send us the photographic evidence of the damage items to help expedite the process.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you for its status if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days and the money will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Items will only be eligible for replacement if its damaged or defective. If you require exchange for the same item kindly email us at info@pyramidspictureframing.com.au please enclose with details and photos for the issue.
