Services Offered
Pyramidspictureframing artwork printing and scanning, custom picture framing services, canvas stretching and floating frames, and jersey framing for commercial artwork projects (Government and Private sector) in Australia and abroad, as well as Australia-wide delivery and shipping.

Order Process and Payment Terms

• Orders can be placed online via the website, by phone/email or in-store.
• Orders online must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Walk-in orders demand a 50% deposit at the time of the order.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards.
• Cancelation and Refunds
• Orders can be canceled without penalty prior to production, less the shipping fee. Cancelations after this time will result in a fee.
• If the product supplied does not match the agreed-upon order, or is not satisfied, customers can receive a refund less the material waste fee. Please note that shipping fees are non- refundable.

Turnaround Time and Delivery
Pyramids picture framing makes a tremendous effort in completing framing orders within 7- 14 calendar day. However, turnaround times can vary depending on the order’s complexity and the availability of resources. We will notify costumer about any delays as soon as possible.

Costumers and Pyramids Picture Framing Responsibility

Accurate Information
Customers are responsible for accurately measuring and selecting frame materials based on our recommendations. Prior approval of framing plans and materials is necessary before work can begin.

Liability
While we take extreme caution in handling artwork, we are not accountable for damages that are not caused by our negligence. Customers are encouraged to ensure valuable artwork for themselves.

Respect for Intellectual Property
Customers guarantee that they have the legal right to print and frame any artwork or pictures given to us. Pyramids Picture Framing have the right to refuse to frame copyrighted items without the necessary licenses.

Pyramids Picture Framing preserves the right to photograph framed objects for promotional purposes, unless the purchaser requests otherwise.

Users are prohibited from:

• Utilizing Pyramids Picture Framing in any manner that contravenes Australian law or causes harm to the website or its users.
• Collecting or disseminating information or images from the pyramidspictureframing website through data mining or any other methods.

Engaging in actions that disrupt or abuse the website, its services, system resources, accounts, or servers, thereby causing interference with other users’ enjoyment of the website, networks, or any associated or linked websites.

Accessing, tampering with or using non-public portions of the Site. Unauthorized access to these portions of the website may result in prosecution.
